Solar fairy lights, 60 warm white LEDs on 6 m, rubber cable

About this product

The string has 60 warm white LEDs (2700 K) on a 6 m rubber cable, and the description adds a 2 m extension cable. A solar panel with a light sensor charges it during the day and switches the lights on at nightfall, and 6 to 8 hours of charging gives 8 to 14 hours of light, according to the listing.

There are eight lighting modes, chosen with a push button. The rating is IP65 and the listing gives the string for outdoor use in wind, rain or snow. The box holds one string and a user manual, and the material is listed as plastic and rubber.

What to use it for

Six metres of string plus a 2 m extension suits a small tree, a fence panel or a porch rail.

Care and safety

Wipe the solar panel with a damp cloth so it can keep charging, and store the string in loose coils.
