About this product
The string is 20 m long with 200 warm white LEDs and a 3 m power cable, and it runs from the mains at 31 volts through a UK plug. The set weighs 0.43 kg and includes a remote controller.
The remote switches between 8 modes (steady on, in wave, sequential, slo-glo, chasing flash, fade, flash and combination), 4 brightness levels of 100, 75, 50 and 25 per cent and 3 timer settings, and a memory function keeps the last mode. IP44 is the rating given, for indoor and outdoor use from gardens and gazebos to stairs and bedrooms. The spec sheet notes 1 AAA battery.
What to use it for
Use it round a garden tree or along a banister, with the 3 m cable reaching the socket. Choose one of the 4 brightness levels or 3 timers from the remote.
Care and safety
Check the AAA battery in the remote and keep the plug end sheltered. Wind the string loosely for storage so the cable does not kink.
