What the site does
The Christmas Dream is a catalogue of Christmas products sold on Amazon.co.uk. We sort trees, lights, baubles and tree decorations, wreaths and garlands, table and kitchen items, gift wrap, stockings and outdoor decorations into collections by type, size, colour and material.
Next to the catalogue, the blog answers the questions people ask every year: how many lights a 7ft tree needs, when to put a real tree up, how to wrap an awkward gift.
How we work
Choosing the products
A product joins a collection when it clearly matches the collection title, has a good Amazon rating and enough buyer reviews. We leave out ambiguous listings, single spare parts and repeat listings of the same item in several colours: colour variants are grouped on one page.
What we do not do
We have not bought or tested the products shown. Ratings and review counts come from Amazon buyers, and sizes and materials come from the listings. When a detail is missing or looks doubtful, the product page says so.
Who writes
The texts are signed by the Christmas Dream editorial team, a collective. There is no personal review, no placement bought by brands and no paid ranking: the site earns a commission only when a visitor buys on Amazon after clicking one of its links.
