110 ft outdoor festoon lights, 52 G40 shatterproof bulbs, mains

About this product

The string is 110 ft (about 33.5 m) long with 52 G40 LED bulbs in plastic, two of them spares. Each bulb is 0.5 W, gives a 2200 K warm white light and has a hook for hanging with wire ties or rope. The listing gives the total as 28 watts and 2900 lumens, at 230 V, with an IP65 rating.

The bulbs are described as shatterproof and the material is listed as PET. The string is listed as linkable, with touch control. It is compatible with dimmers, which are not included, and the contents are the string and the bulbs. The listing gives it for outdoor use, and the description adds that it can be used indoors too.

What to use it for

The hooks let you hang the string across a gazebo, along a pergola or around a tree trunk, and 110 ft covers a large garden seating area.

Care and safety

Unplug the string before swapping in one of the spare bulbs. Wipe the bulbs with a damp cloth and store the string in loose coils.
