About this product
The string has 100 warm white LEDs spaced 10 cm apart on a clear cable, with a 5 m lead wire on top. It runs from the mains through a low voltage adapter, so no batteries are needed, and it weighs 0.3 kg.
A button on the plug adapter picks one of eight modes, and the string remembers the last one used. The listing also mentions a timer. It is rated IP44 and listed for indoor and outdoor use, with the staircase, garden, patio and Christmas tree given as examples.
What to use it for
With bulbs 10 cm apart over 10 m, it fits a staircase banister, a doorway or a small tree, and the 5 m lead helps it reach the nearest socket.
Care and safety
Unplug the adapter before taking the lights down. Wipe the clear cable with a dry cloth and store it in loose coils.
