About this product

Scout Elves at Play is an accessory kit for a Scout Elf, and no elf is listed among the contents. The listed contents are 15 elf-sized tools and a 60-page idea book with more than 135 colour photos, and the text also mentions pop-out paper crafts and mini props that double as Christmas ornaments. It says the ideas take under 10 minutes to set up.

The kit measures 27.9 x 26.7 x 4.4 cm, weighs 557 g and is described as blue. It is listed for ages 3 to 9 and for indoor use, and needs no batteries or assembly. On Amazon it scores 4.3 out of 5 across 1,489 reviews.

What to use it for

Works alongside a Scout Elf you already have: the idea book shows how the tools can be used to stage quick scenes around the house.

Care and safety

Put the small tools back in the box after each scene so none go missing, and keep the paper crafts dry.
