30 m festoon lights, 40 G40 bulbs, mains powered with remote

About this product

This festoon string has 40 G40 bulbs (E12 base) in warm white at 2700 K, powered from the mains at 24V. The title gives 30 m (100 ft), while the specification line says 300 cm, so check the length on Amazon before ordering. The material is listed as ABS plastic.

The remote, which comes with 2 AAA batteries according to the listing, switches the lights on and off, sets four brightness levels and sets timers. The listing gives an IP65 rating and describes the string as dimmable and weather resistant, for indoor and outdoor use. The box holds the string, the bulbs and the remote.

What to use it for

The listing names a pergola, a patio, a gazebo and a backyard as places to use it, and the remote lets you adjust the brightness from a distance.

Care and safety

Unplug the string before handling the bulbs, and take the batteries out of the remote for storage.
