Home Alone pop-up advent calendar book with paper ornaments

About this product

This is an interactive advent calendar from Insight Editions, published in September 2021, with 28 pages and a pop-up tree. Each day in December a paper ornament is revealed to hang on the tree, and each ornament recalls a moment from the film, such as the McCallisters’ lawn jockey statue and Harry’s gold tooth. A bonus booklet of Kevin’s misadventures is included.

The listing gives the ornament count as 25 in one place and 24 in another. The item measures 32.26 x 2.79 x 32 cm and weighs 1.38 kg, and the language is English. The seller says it is built to last for many years, and presents it as a collectible for fans of the film. The contents named are paper ornaments and a booklet, with no sweets or treats listed.

What to use it for

Set the pop-up tree on a table or shelf on 1 December and add one ornament a day until Christmas. At about 32 cm square, it takes up the space of a large book.

Care and safety

Keep the ornaments in the book after Christmas so they stay together, and store it flat and dry. Handle the paper ornaments by their edges.
