Silver tinsel on a metal wire body, with silver snowflake sequins around it, makes up this 5ft (1.5 m) pencil tree. A 5 m string of 50 multicolour LEDs comes with it. The lights run on batteries, which are not included, and are wound around the tree by hand.
A metal tube and a four-legged plastic base hold the tree up, and the listing says the base leaves the floor free of scratches. Setup takes about a minute: connect the metal pipes, form the base and put the tree up. Weight is 989 g and the width about 13 inches (33 cm), and the tree goes back into its box for next year.
What to use it for
Listed spots include a small apartment, an office, a shop, a classroom or a bar, indoors or outdoors. The narrow shape suits a corner.
Care and safety
Pack the tree back in its box after removing the batteries and unwinding the light string. Fold the tinsel down first.
