Seed advent calendar with 25 vegetable, herb and salad seed packets

About this product

Seeds replace chocolate in this calendar: 25 numbered, individually wrapped packets of vegetable, herb and salad varieties. The gift box also holds a growing guide, 5 metres of jute twine and 25 wooden clips, so the packets can be pegged up on the twine as a display.

The listing says the varieties were chosen to grow in the UK, with sowing tips in the guide, and that the calendar is packed by hand in the UK. The box is cardstock and measures 33 x 23 cm. The listing does not list the individual plants, so check the product page for the varieties if you want a particular crop.

What to use it for

Peg the 25 wrapped packets along the twine with the wooden clips, then open one a day. Five metres of twine is long enough to cross a mantelpiece or a window with slack, and the sowing tips are in the growing guide.

Care and safety

Keep the packets dry and out of direct sun until sowing, and follow the growing guide for each variety.
