Fitness advent calendar with 24 gym accessories and bands

About this product

Twenty-four workout accessories make up this calendar. The listing names knee wraps, workout gloves, exercise dice, a sports headband, wristbands and skipping ropes, with 5 yoga bands and 3 resistance bands of different strengths. That list is open-ended, so some contents are not named.

The set weighs 1.5 kg. It is listed for adults, and the keyword line adds teenage boys aged 14 and over. The listing calls it reusable but gives no dimensions, no materials and no colour beyond the word fitness, so the product photos show what each piece looks like.

What to use it for

Open one item a day and use it in a home workout or take it to the gym. The listing says the contents cover cardio, strength and mobility training.

Care and safety

The listing gives no care details. Wipe the bands, gloves and ropes with a damp cloth after use and let them dry before they go back in the box.
